Unscrew the locking screw in a manner such that when screw head is pressed against spring the rail cavity is clear-off any obstacles.
Pivot the sight on the rail, along the horizontal V-slot while pressing the screw head as mentioned above.
Set the sight flat on the rail, release the locking screw and tighten the screw properly.
Powering On
Insert the battery with the +ve terminal facing the inside and -ve terminal facing the battery cap.
Tighten the battery cap.
Press the ‘+’ button for 2-3 seconds to switch the sight ON.
Use the ‘+’ button to increase brightness of reticle and ‘-’ button to decrease.
Press ‘NV’ button to operate the sight in night vision mode, in tandem with an IR tube night sight.
Pressing the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons together for 2-3 seconds switches the sight OFF.
The Sight comes with auto-shutoff of 4 hours to reduce power wastage while idle. Press ‘+’ or ‘-’ button to wake the sight up.
Elevation and Windage Adjustment
For both elevation and windage, each click will change the sight’s point of aim ½ MOA, 1/4” at 50 yards or 1/2" (12.7mm) at 100 yards (91m) when zeroing.
Also, one full rotation of either knob will change the point of aim approximately 8 MOA, 4" at 50 yards, or 8" at 100 yards (91m) when zeroing.
To move the point of impact UP, turn the elevation adjustment LEFT.
To move the point of impact RIGHT, turn the windage adjustment RIGHT.
The Sight elevation and windage adjustments are factory collimated with the bore of the rifle parallel to the mounting rail. The sight should be close to mechanical zero when mounted on a properly installed rail. Be sure to check that the mount and sight are securely mounted after initial firing.
Zeroing Procedures
Bore sighting saves time and ammunition at the range. This can be done using a laser bore sighter per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Verify that the rifle is clear and unloaded, then remove the rifle’s bolt and place the rifle on a stable platform.
Use a laser bore sight through the barrel at a target approximately 100 yards away. With the target in the centre of the barrel, make elevation and windage adjustments until the dot of the holographic sight is also centred on the target.
Live Fire Range Sight-In:
Using the same ammunition that you plan to shoot or hunt with, fire a 3-shot group at your preferred zero distance.
Keeping the gun barrel steady on your aiming target, adjust your windage and elevation so that the reticle aligns with the approximate centre of the 3-shot group.
Fire another 3-shot group to see if it now groups on the centre of the bullseye. Repeat this process as necessary to achieve an accurate zero.
